About Me

My name is Carter Endisch, I graduated from Lewis University with my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science & am currently working toward becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I played collegiate baseball for 6 years after two medical redshirts at the Division II level (Quincy University & Lewis University). My studies and experience have equipped me to accurately assess athletes’ needs when programming exercises and drills to address their weaknesses.

I have helped pitchers gain up to 12 MPH in 6 months, go from 88 MPH to 97 MPH in 1 year, 88 MPH to 92 MPH in 3 months, and overall break through their frustrating developmental plateaus (see Testimonials). Through the use of my training methods, I have also been able to develop myself from a frustrated late bloomer to topping 93 MPH on the mound in games.
